From October 1, a big change is going to happen regarding the use of SIM cards and mobiles. TRAI has said that now telecom companies will have to tell their customers whether they have a network in a particular area or not. TRAI has asked Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL to implement a new rule related to this.
Different networks are provided by the same company, so if there is a 5G network in an area, a 5G network doesn't need to be available everywhere. With the location change, the range of the network also changes. TRAI has said that now companies will have to provide information about the network on their site.
After October 1, all telecom companies will provide information about the availability of the network according to the area on their site. After that customers will be able to check by visiting the company's site whether there is a network or not where they live and if yes, then which one is 5G or 4G.
