Nothing Is Permanent, Says Actor Kavin

Send Push

Actor Kavin shot to limelight soon after he took part in the Tamil Television reality show Bigg Boss. The actor has been building on that popularity he gained and his last release Dada, in which he played a single dad, only went to expand his fan base.

Now, as Kavin gears up for the release of Star, you know he is anxious but you also can’t help notice how grounded and composed he is.

Considering the fact that he plays an aspiring actor who goes on to make it big, ask Kavin if whether in real life, he has had occasions when those who ignored him when he was an aspiring actor are now turning up to meet him and ask for his call sheets and the actor candidly admits that there have been such instances.

Nothing is Permanent
However, he is quick to point out, “It happens in real life. It happens in everybody’s life. In fact, there are a couple of such scenes in my upcoming film Star as well. But that does not mean that just because such things happen, that other person has lost and I have won. Something like this will happen when the tides change again. Ultimately, what we intend to say is that nothing is permanent. That is the truth.”

Sivakarthikeyan, Vijay Sethupathi were Inspiration
Kavin goes on to point out that as an aspiring actor, one has no other option but to try. “When I completed school and college, Rajini sir, Kamal sir, Vijay sir, Ajith sir were all legends. I needed somebody to look up to. For me, those people were Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi. These two people were the ones who instilled the faith in me that even ordinary people could enter cinema. I come from Trichy and only Siva anna had come from my area into television. Similarly, what I learnt from Sethu anna (Vijay Sethupathi) was that no matter how old you are, you must keep trying and one day, you will succeed.”
