Millions more UK drivers face 'mandatory' DVSA test in September

DVSA figures to an estimated 3.4 million MOT checks scheduled for September, indicating a steep climb from previous years. In anticipation of the forthcoming buzz of MOT activity, garages are scaling up efforts to provide parts and appointments for tests.
