Micky van de VenThe defender continued his gradual return to full fitness on Thursday and played his first 90 minutes since the 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace in October.
However, he collided with the post in the latter stages of the clash when he came agonisingly close to winning the game for Spurs.
Speaking after the draw, Postecoglou suggested that the Dutchman was suffering from cramps. "I think everyone got through [the game] okay but obviously a few tired lads," he said.
"I think Micky was cramping at the end there - obviously, they've missed a lot of football this year. It looks like they got through okay."
Destiny Udogieis another returning player for Spurs with his season plagued by injuries. The Frankfurt game was only the Italian's sixth start of the year and he was replaced by Djed Spence in the 79th minute.
"I think everyone got through (the game) okay but obviously a few tired lads," he explained. "Destiny was just cramp."
has been out since the 1-0 defeat to Manchester City at the end of February with an ankle injury. The forward came off after just 24 minutes and hasn't been seen since.
At the start of the month, Postecoglou suggested he was a "couple of weeks away", but was progressing well. It's unclear when he will return and be available.
"It's touch and go," Postecoglou said after the Frankfurt game. "The idea with Deki and Kevin Danso is they are due to start training with the team, if not the end of this week, tomorrow or early next week, I don't think they are a possibility to start but Kulusevski has a chance to be involved."
Kevin DansoAfter hitting the ground running after his January move, has been forced to sit out of the five games with a hamstring injury. Just like with Kulusevski, the defender is understood to be a couple of weeks away from returning.
"It's touch and go," Postecoglou said after the Frankfurt game. "The idea with Deki and Kevin Danso is they are due to start training with the team, if not the end of this week, tomorrow or early next week, I don't think they are a possibility to start but Kulusevski has a chance to be involved."
Radu DragusinAnother defensive injury who is out for the foreseeable future is Dragusin. The Romanian was forced off in the 3-0 win over Elfsborg at the end of January before undergoing surgery on an ACL injury.
He's not expected to return until the end of 2025. "Radu underwent surgery following his ACL injury," Postecoglou said. "That procedure has now been completed, and the centre-back will now commence with his recovery before beginning the rehab process."
