Virgin customers are only just realising they can access VIP box at O2 Arena

Going to a concert is something we all enjoy, but have you ever experienced the luxury of sitting in a VIP box? Some Virgin customers had no idea they were able to do just this in - and all they have to do is collect and use points.

The newly-renovated is an exclusive space for Virgin Red members. They can use their Virgin Points to see their favourite acts in the world-famous arena for shows until the end of 2025.

The stylish room is perfectly positioned centrally for an amazing view of the stage and the decor of the room is inspired by the sophistication of a members' club or secret bar.

It offers high-level banquette seating, views of the surrounding area and a cosy spot to enjoy a drink from the bar, before you take your seat to enjoy the show. The tables are crafted from recycled CDs and records, which pay homage to Virgin's rich heritage in music.

As well as access to the room, members enjoy VIP entry lanes, two complimentary drinks per person and a dedicated bar attendant. They can also purchase food an extra drinks from a menu which includes a range of delicious bites, including pizza, salads, and antipasti boards.

TikTok travel creators Ryan and Jade from recently shared a clip from inside the Red Room to share their experience. They said they "didn't pay" for the experience, and shared instead how all you need to do is download the Virgin Red app. Then you earn Virgin points when you spend money on travel, and other "day-to-day stuff".

Many people had no idea Virgin offered this kind of experience. "If you get a chance, take it! Great idea!" said one person. "I've got so many Virgin points," shared another.

Over on , Virgin Red shared a look inside the room itself. They wrote: "Electrifying live shows. VIP treatment. Trust us, you'll want to save your points for this. It's time to shine. The new Virgin Red Room welcomes your sparkliest most joyful self. Unless VIP you at The London O2."

Anyone can sign up to Virgin Red for free to start earning Virgin Points on their everyday purchases and unlock access to the Virgin Red Room. Tickets start from 20,000 Virgin Points for two guests, which members can collect with Virgin Red’s 200+ partners, from train travel with Virgin Trains Ticketing to everyday spending with John Lewis & Partners, ASOS and to name just a few.
