Woman's secret to looking 'younger than ever' involves one skincare product and diet change

A woman has shared her secret to banishing wrinkles and achieving a radiant complexion, claiming she's turned back the clock on her appearance by at least five years.

Yoga instructor Aurora, from Los Angeles, has grabbed attention with her natural anti-aging methods which she claims have transformed her once "extremely dehydrated" skin. The 30-year-old said a previous job had left her stressed and noted how her heavy coffee consumption made her look "haggard."

Now, having left the high-pressure role, she has noticed a remarkable improvement in her looks. Aurora, who also creates content on and previously opened up about her struggle with acne, attributes her skin's transformation to changes in lifestyle and diet, as well as investing in her skincare – and she cannot get over one product she describes as "Botox in a bottle".

She shared a striking video comparison of her forehead now versus at the age of 25, revealing a profound difference. Aurora explained: "This is my forehead at 25 years old, five years ago. I'm now 30. Look at all of those deep lines."

Also addressing the wrinkles around her eyes and above her brow, she pointed out: "This is my forehead now – not one line, no Botox." She confidently asserts that she "looks younger" now, all thanks to making a few key adjustments to her daily routine.

She recounted: "First of all I was extremely stressed out from work so once I quit that job I've been sleeping a lot better, which is amazing. I was also highly addicted to coffee – drinking like five cups a day – and it can be extremely depleting or running on cortisol and adrenaline. It's not healthy."

Aurora noticed she wasn't getting enough protein in her diet, and once she began focusing on protein-rich meals, her skin looked more plump. She added: "I was also strictly vegan at the time – unfortunately eating all of those vegan substitutes that we now know are not good for us. So I'm not making sure I'm getting nutritious meals and good amounts of protein."

Aurora is dedicated to her skincare routine and invests in quality products. Her top pick is Clearstem Bounceback Serum, which she calls "Botox in a bottle". She claimed: "This is the only anti-aging serum that I've ever used that I've actually seen a difference with." Though it's pricey at £75, she believes it's worth it for wrinkle reduction.
