How to check the status from the UAN member portal

You have to go to the UAN member portal and log in with the help of the UAN number and password.

How to check the status from the EPFO website

Go to the official website of EPFO (https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemClaimStatusUAN/).

Now go to EPFO passbook and select the claim status option.

After this, log in by entering your UAN number, password, and captcha code.

Now all the claims will be shown on the screen. In this, you can check the status of all claims i.e. approved, settled, and e-process.

How to check the status from the Umang app

Open the Umang App on your phone and go to the All Services section in the EPFO option.

Now click on 'Employee Centric Services' in the Track Claim option.

After this, enter the UAN number and click on Get OTP.

Now enter the OTP received on the phone and you will see the status of the claim.

How long does it take for the claim to be withdrawn?

According to EPFO, it takes 20 days to settle the claim after the withdrawal claim request is approved. In case of an emergency, the member has to fill out Form-19 for claim withdrawal. If the claim is not settled within 20 days, then the EPFO member can contact the PF Commissioner.
