Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic death continues to be a contentious subject after almost five years. To this day, many believe that the ‘PK’ star was murdered in cold blood. Salman Khan’s ex-girlfriend, former actress Somy Ali, recently indicated that the actor was murdered. For the unversed, the actress-turned-social worker recently held a candid AMA (Ask Me Anything) session on Reddit where she made several allegations against her former boyfriend. She also claimed that Rajput was murdered and his autopsy report was tampered with by the medical authorities.
When someone on Reddit asked, "What are your thoughts on Sushant Singh Rajput's case? It's truly upsetting how Bollywood isolated him," Somy responded, "He was killed, and it was made to look like a suicide. You should ask Dr. Sudhir Gupta from AIIMS why he altered the autopsy report."
When pressed for evidence, she drew comparisons to past incidents, including Jiah Khan’s tragic death. She added, “Sushant Singh Rajput did not die by suicide; he was murdered. We still remember what happened with Jiah Khan—she was pregnant and found hanging from a ceiling fan. Following that, Suraj Pancholi sought advice from Salman, leading to Jiah’s demise.”

The Official Verdict Continues To Be Suicide
On June 14, 2020, actor Sushant Singh Rajput was discovered hanging in his bedroom at his Bandra apartment. Initially investigated as a possible suicide, the case stirred differing opinions, with some asserting Sushant would never have taken his own life. However, in October 2020, the AIIMS medical board officially dismissed murder theories, concluding that Sushant’s death was “a case of hanging and suicide.” The report further stated, “There were no signs of struggle or altercation on his body or clothing. This is clearly a case of hanging and death by suicide.”
Ali also accused Khan of being a philanderer. A Redditor asked her why she left Bollywood, and she said, “Because I was tired of Salman's 8-night stands, not one. Also, I didn't appreciate being physically and verbally abused on a daily basis.” She added, “I left when a boyfriend was with some new girl named Ash! I was tired of his 8 nightstands! And I finished my education.”

When asked how Salman ended up with her, Somy remarked, “I wasn’t a ‘badass’ at 16.” She claimed that her Bollywood comeback has been blocked numerous times, allegedly by a former boyfriend afraid she’d reveal his true character.

The 'Pavitra Rishta' star was found dead in his home in Bandra, Mumbai on June 2020. He was 34. The Narcotics Control Bureau alleged that Rajput had enlisted several individuals to procure drugs for him since 2018 and subsequently filed charges of abetment against them. His former girlfriend, actress Rhea Chakraborty, faced charges for allegedly aiding in his suicide. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court declined to dismiss a case against his sister Priyanka, which claimed she provided him with psychotropic antidepressants without appropriate medical oversight, using a falsified prescription.
