A religious organization distributed sweetened drinks and snacks at eight public locations in Mallawa on Thursday. The event, organized by Savan Krupal Ruhani Mission's local branch, saw volunteers serving refreshments to passersby while sharing information about their spiritual activities. Local MLA Ashish Singh Ashu attended the distribution, along with representatives from teachers' associations.
The group also provided free literature about their practices during the initiative.
Such community service events are regularly conducted by various organizations during summer months across Uttar Pradesh. No government funding was involved in this particular program, according to organizers.
