Celebrity Big Brother fans say the same thing as Chesney Hawkes is first star to enter house

Celebrity Big Brother fans were left saying the same thing - as Chesney Hawkes became the first celebrity to enter the house. Hosts and were back to front the brand new series, which will see 13 housemates enter tonight.

Singer Chesney became the first person to enter the house, followed by JoJo Siwa. As Chesney entered, and was given a special task by Big Brother, fans of the reality show were left saying the same thing.

One wrote: "Tell you what though Chesney Hawkes looks GOOD! ," as a second added: "I have never heard of this Chesney fella but AJ is not wrong about him. He’s handsome. ."

"Ok I still fancy him. I won’t lie. ," a third said, with a fourth adding: "Watching - Chesney Hawkes hasn’t aged!" A fifth shared: "We’re gonna hear that song 100 times this series. ."

Ahead of his stint on Celebrity , Chesney said he was "excited" to be in the house with celebrities he doesn't know.

"I'm 53 and I've spent 53 years with myself, so I think I know myself pretty well. But I reckon I'm going to learn stuff about myself. If you can reach your mid 50s and there's potential to do that, then that's really exciting," he said.

"And I think I'll learn some stuff about other celebrities that I didn't know as well - so that's interesting. Oh and Tuesday night is the night we put the bins out so I'm looking forward to not doing that."

Chesney describes himself as an "easy going" guy and is convinced he'll get on with everyone - but he worries he might "surprise" himself. "I think I'll get on well with the housemates generally. I'm quite an easy going guy, however I know it's a completely bonkers environment and you never know - I might surprise myself about how I react to situations," he said.

!I could definitely say that I’m pretty even tempered as a person, but what if I go in there and I'm completely crackers and I simply don't seem like a balanced person - that could easily happen. Strengths-wise, I think I'm a good listener; I could be a shoulder to cry on and someone to confide in. And as far as what I think might annoy me - I guess we'll figure that out as we go."

He added: "But off the top of my head - people that don't pick up after themselves and don't pull their weight ... Unless I discover I'm an absolute nightmare. Who knows?! I guess I'm looking forward to seeing if I last more than 20 minutes - hopefully I do."
