After being together for 25 years, one have found a way to make sure their life stays exciting - by doing it in public. Gemma, a sex and coach and yoga instructor, loves having adventurous and spontaneous sex with her husband, and the pair don't worry about where it happens, describing it as "exhilarating".
Whether it's in their bed, the woods, on the sofa or in the car, it sounds like the couple are still in their honeymoon phase. However, their sex life went through a huge lull previously. Gemma, a mum-of-two made sure she got her libido back on track, and set themselves challenges.

The couple try and do the deed as much as they can, and once set themselves a challenge to do it seven days in a row. Their record has been 12 days consecutively. "We found it hard once children came along, and had to change the dynamics by squeezing in a few quickies every now and again. In 2006, our sex life had a lull because we got lost in work and drifted apart, so we had a dry spell for six months. Now we make an effort to set ourselves intimate challenges to deepen our connection – I recommend it to friends too," Gemma told .
Gemma detailed a typical week in her life where makes sure she makes time for her husband - no matter how busy they are. She detailed how one day the pair squeezed in a quick romp between her yoga classes and met in their local forest.
Recalling the moment she said: "It’s really muddy and cold, but hey, it’s only going to be a quick one. Although, I’ve packed a blanket in my bag, I actually just fancy a quick session against a tree."

The mum then shared how the pair got frisky a few days later after the school drop off, and did it in the car after parking up on a country road. Making the most of the blacked out car windows, Gemma said: "Today we’re taking it up a notch, as Darren suggests doing the deed in the car after school drop off. Of course, I’m up for it. We actually do this quite often because we enjoy the possibility of getting caught or someone watching - it’s exhilarating."
While the pair live busy lives, they make a conscious effort, but appreciate "life can get in the way", however Gemma claims it's managed to keep their relationship fun and exciting.
