Jay Blades has had his driving charges dropped.
It comes after The Repair Shop star appeared at Cannock Magistrates Court today after facing accusations of using his mobile phone while driving in Wombourne, Staffs, in April 2023. Jay has continued to deny this allegation.
During the hearing at the court today, the Crown said it was offered no evidence in the case – ensuring that the case was dropped and he was cleared of wrongdoing. Jay, 54, arrived at court wearing his signature black flat cap, a striking black suit, a polka dot tie and held a bottle of water as the temperatures rose.
