Meghan Markle ’s lifestyle brand As Ever has launched its new 2024 vintage rosé wine - but there's been a major change from the last batch of bottles on sale.
The wine went on sale at 8pm (BST) on Tuesday, and is still available to buy, at the time of writing. This is a stark contrast to Meghan’s first wine launch of the 2023 vintage tipple, which sold out within one hour after being released last month.
The new wine has the exact same price point as the previous batch, and is available in batches of three, six and twelve, with each bottle costing £22 ($30) and sold at £66 ($90), £116 ($159) and £218 ($300) respectively. It comes after Meghan Markle’s birthday 'gimmick' is quietly shelved after major mistake.

Meghan celebrated the launch with a video to Instagram of her uncorking a bottle marked 'Bottle #1' to toast to her achievements. Alongside the clip, she wrote: "Here we go! First bottle off the line! Toasting to a beautiful day: Our Napa rose is live @aseverofficial."
The As Ever brand appeared to explain the non-sell out by posting a video on its social media page of a bottle of the rosé being poured into a branded glass with the caption: "We made so much more this round, and yet it's still going fast! Don't miss out."
Minutes before the product launched on the website, a post on the company’s Instagram showed corks branded with the As Ever logo, with a caption reading: "C’est l’heure. Enjoy your last sips of summer with the newest vintage of our beloved Napa Valley rose."

The As Ever website describes the drink as “thoughtfully curated by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex” and that it has been “made to be enjoyed with the ones you love”.
The pale pink wine, which comes in a clear bottle with a white, gold-rimmed label, has an ABV (alcohol by volume) of 13.5% – one percent lower than its predecessor.
The announcement of the new wine was shared by As Ever just last week, with the brand saying that the new rosé “marries the same harmony of notes from our first blend and creates an elegant medley of delicate yet memorable flavor.”
Meghan went on to thank fans for “affirming” their effort in creating the Napa Valley Rosé, as she wrote: “This affirmed all of the love, time and effort our team, and our founder, poured into curating this blend to evoke the sun-drenched spirit of Napa Valley, and the breath-taking tenor of the California Coast."
