A case has come to light in Mata Ka Than police station area of Jodhpur city which will shock you. Here, after the complaint filed in the court by the victim, everyone has been forced to think. In this case, the victim told that after marriage, the wife constantly refused to use the means of family planning for having physical relations.
But when the victim came to know the truth, he was shocked. He investigated and found out that his wife had AIDS. After this truth was revealed in the complaint filed in the court, the victim's family filed a case of fraud in the court.
A case related to this matter has been registered in Mata Ka Than police station. ASI Jeevan Ram is investigating the case. Police have made the wife, her father and sister accused on the orders of the court.
The former fiancée herself told me that the first relationship had also broken for the same reason.
After getting the information that his wife was HIV positive, the husband first got himself tested but it came negative. The doctor informed that HIV infection is detected after about 3 months of having a relationship with an infected person. He was determined to expose this truth of his wife. He took out the number of his wife's first husband from her phone with whom she had broken up. He told her that he is suffering from AIDS and sent the papers of the treatment center as proof. After this, the husband told his wife that he has to register her name as a nomination in the company. Therefore, some blood tests have to be done. She got scared. When she told her family members, her sister, who works in the health department, came to Jodhpur.
When she was found positive in the test, she left the house with her sister.
According to the FIR, the wife's family members were against getting the test done. But the husband remained firm on his stand. On the night of August 31, both the husband and wife were tested, in which the wife was found HIV positive. After the report, she went to the room with her sister. After some time, when she came out with her sister, the trolley bag was with them. The wife's sister said that you people did wrong by getting me tested. After the wife and sister left, when the victim checked the cupboard, the wedding jewellery was missing from the cupboard.
Wife wanted to infect husband with HIV:
According to the husband, the accused woman had contracted HIV in February 2023. She started her treatment. The accused woman's first engagement was broken due to this reason. When she got engaged to the victim youth in Jodhpur, he pressured her to get married soon. After marriage in July 2024, the wife kept demanding sex without protection from the youth. The husband alleges that she wanted to infect him with HIV as well.
