If you want to become a teacher, then a golden opportunity has come for you! The Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) has started the recruitment process for the posts of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Primary Teacher (PRT). Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the Online Screening Test (OST). To apply, visit the AWES website, awesindia.com, and get complete information. What should be the educational qualification?

For these posts, the candidate must be a graduate or postgraduate in the relevant subject. Must have also completed B.Ed., B.E./B.Tech., MCA (Computer Science), M.Sc. (Maths), or a 2-year diploma, four-year integrated course. The age limit should not exceed 29, 36, 40, or 57 years. Reserved category candidates will get age relaxation as per government rules.

How much is the application fee?

Candidates from all categories have to pay Rs 385 as application fee. You can pay this fee through a debit card, credit card, or net banking.

When will the screening test be conducted?

The dates for the Online Screening Test (OST) are 23 and 24 November 2024, and various examination centers will be set up for this. November 25 has been kept as a reserve date. More information about this can be seen on the official website of AWES.
