Louis Rees-Zammit has shared previously unseen footage from his stint with the Kansas City Chiefs before the new season gets underway.
The ex-Wales rugby winger re-joined the Jacksonville Jaguars earlier this year after wrapping up his first full season with the NFL franchise.
Although he was part of the 17-player practice squad, he unfortunately didn't get promoted to play last season, but is aiming to make that leap for the 2025/2026 campaign.
Sharing on his Instagram story, Rees-Zammit posted a clip from his training days with the Chiefs during last year's pre-season. He used a GIF captioned: 'Work, work, work', with the video showing him blitzing through the opposing team with his signature speed.
It was the Chiefs who initially signed the Welshman after he shone on his NFL Pro Day, but he was released by the former consecutive Super Bowl Champions before the season kicked off.
After the season just gone concluded and the Jaguars failed to reach the play-offs, Rees-Zammit left the US to enjoy the off-season as he gears up for his big break.
He first travelled to Thailand with his brother Taylor before returning to the UK for some much-needed downtime.
Rees-Zammit was spotted jogging around Roath Lake in full Welsh Rugby Union gear ahead of the Wales vs Ireland match in the Six Nations, before heading to the gym in Cardiff with Welsh boxer and friend Joe Cordina.
He was then spotted making a visit to Gloucester's changing room after their convincing 53-28 win over the Bristol Bears in the Gallagher Premiership.
But focus will soon turn to the NFL again with the new season commencing in September, with pre-season to get going in the coming months. He has the task of proving to the Jaguars' selection team that he is ready for a spot on the active roster or practice squad by August, when NFL sides cut their teams.
If that doesn't come to fruition for him, he'll be without a club and available to be snatched up by other sides.
