Phillip Schofield bowed out of TV in 2023 after a reported feud between him and his co-star Holly Willoughby.
He left ITV's This Morning, but vowed to be back for other projects with ITV, though things soon took a turn when he admitted to an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a younger male co-star.
Now, 18 months on, Phil has decided to tell his story while he's stranded on an island for 10 days with limited resources.
He told his Instagram followers last week: "Now you know how I spent my Summer! Alone for 10 days, no food, no water, no crew. My story of survival, both on a desert island and off it."
In the trailer he's addressed a few of the struggles he's faced, vowing to tell his side of the story.
