What is the release schedule for The Night Caller?The Night Caller is to premiere on Sunday, July 7, at 9pm on Channel 5 with the mini-series made up of four episodes in total.
Rather than having to wait an entire week for episode two, viewers will be treated to the next instalment the following night, on Monday, July 8, in the same time slot.
Episodes three and four are then going to be shown on the next two evenings, on Tuesday, July 9, and Wednesday, July 10, respectively.
While there isn't long to wait to find out how the drama will be wrapped up, for those keen on binge-watching The Night Caller, all four episodes are going to be dropped on My5 from July 7.
The Night Caller follows the life of black cab driver Tony (played by Robert Glenister) whose life has turned upside down since losing his job as a teacher and the breakdown of his marriage.
Now working night shifts, Tony's only lifelines are cafe-worker Rosa (Suzanne Packer) and radio DJ Lawrence (Sean Pertwee).
After plucking up the courage to phone Lawrence's radio show, Tony feels listened to but his admiration for the host soon turns into an obsession.
Tony actor Robert Glenister is best recognised for starring in dramas such as Sherwood, Hustle and Prime Suspect.
He is joined by Casualty's Tess Bateman actress Suzanne Packer as Rosa and Gotham actor Sean Pertwee as DJ Lawrence.
So how will Tony's newfound respect for Rosa and Lawrence take a downward spiral and could it mean danger for the objects of his affection?
The Night Caller premieres on Sunday, July 7 at 9pm on Channel 5.
