A picturesque beach in the UK with stunning views has been named as one of the "most beautiful" and hardly has any tourists. Located on the remote island of Harris in Scotland, Luskentyre Beach is known for its expansive stretches of white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters.

QR Code Generator analysed Tripadvisor reviews to find the highest-rated beaches in the UK.

Beaches rated four stars or higher were ranked based on the percentage of five-star reviews compared to the total number of reviews.

Luskentyre Beach in Harris, Scotland, came first in the study with 93.79 percent of reviews (1,072 out of 1,143) rating it five stars.

The beach offers a striking contrast to the rugged landscape of the surrounding area.

It is renowned for its breathtaking beauty, with views of the surrounding hills and islands, making it feel like a remote tropical paradise, though it's in Scotland.

The area is rich in wildlife, including seabirds, seals, and occasionally dolphins, providing a tranquil experience for nature lovers.

Luskentyre's remote location means it's often uncrowded, offering peace and solitude for visitors seeking a quiet escape.

While the water can be cold, the beach is ideal for walking, photography, and occasionally even kayaking or paddleboarding on calm days.

The beach is extremely popular among the tourists who have managed to visit it.

A traveller wrote on TripAdvisor forum: "Luskentyre beach with views to Taransay & Seilebost. Another Hebridean gem! A must-visit place when visiting the island."

A second user wrote: "The most amazing place to bring a book and forget about the problems of the world and re-find yourself. Sort out your own mental health whilst walking the most wonderful beach."

A third user added: "The most amazing beach and scenery, definitely worth a visit! Not a huge amount of parking so I would suggest getting there early to get a spot. We arrived around 1pm on a nice day and probably got the last spot!"

A fourth user chimed in: "Absolutely amazing beach with spectacular views. Even though it was drizzly & grey when we went, it still beautiful. It just makes us want to come back when the sun is out."
