An urgent search is underway to find a mum and her two young children who have been missing for six days.

The 29-year-old mum has gone missing from the Edgbaston area of Birmingham with her daughter Mia Leigh, seven, and two-year-old son Myles.

West Midlands Police say that they would like to hear from anyone who may have any information on their whereabouts and they should call 999 immediately. Della has been living in Birmingham but is believed to have links to Wolverhampton.

Della is described as being 5ft 3in tall and slim with long, straight, brown hair. Mia Leigh also has dark brown hair and is just under 4ft tall. Myles is around 2ft 5in tall with brown hair and the force has now released photos of the trio in a bid to safely track them down.

West Midlands Police posted on X: "Della, aged 29, Mia Leigh, seven, and Myles, two, are missing from the Edgbaston area of Birmingham and we're concerned for them. Della is 5ft 3in tall, slim with long, straight, brown hair. Mia Leigh is also slim with dark brown hair and is just under 4ft tall.

"Myles is 2ft 5in tall with brown hair. If you have any information that can help us find them please call 999 and quote PID: 447923." It added: "Although living in Birmingham, Della has links to #Wolverhampton."

Police told BirminghamLive that the family have not been reported missing previously and have not been seen since Wednesday, June 26.

Many people have taken to social media to share the appeal and express concern for the family. "Hope she and kids are OK and found safe," said one person, while another similarly stated: "Wherever you are I hope you and your babies are safe."
