Suryakumar Yadav was in full slow and decimated the visitors with a brutal 35-ball 75. The pair added a partnership of 173 for the second wicket. The batters fell in quick succession but it did not bring any respite to Bangladesh.Riyan Parag and Hardik Pandya joined forces as they continued to pile on the agony on Bangladesh bowlers. Parag made 34 in 13 balls while Hardik Pandya was dismissed for 47 in 18 balls as India posted a monumental total of 297-6 in 20 overs.

Team India Shatter Multiple RecordsThe 297 run total by India is the second-highest total in the history of T20I cricket, behind Nepal's 314 against Mongolia. India thus now hold the record of the highest total in T20Is against the Test playing nation.
