  • 250ml milk
  • 80g foxtail millet
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 4-5 cashews
  • 4-5 pcs lotus seeds (makhana)
  • 2 figs (sliced)
  • Handful of amaranth seeds

Step 2: Drain the excess water and keep it aside. Next, heat milk in a pan and add soaked foxtail millet to it.Step 3: Stir until the porridge is cooked properly. Next, add figs, cashew nuts, banana and amaranth seeds to the porridge. Step 4: Keep stirring to avoid sticking of the porridge from the bottom. Lastly, add makhana and top it with chopped dry fruits for a refreshing taste. Step 5: Serve hot or cold and enjoy.
