TMZ reported exclusively that Routh, a construction worker, had flashed while he was being photographed by a woman at a house he was working in. The woman told the outlet that the photo was taken in December 2020 while Routh was building a loft at her home in Hawaii.TMZ has not disclosed the identity of the woman but reported that she had found Ryan on Facebook and hired him to do the construction job at her house for a pay of $4000. She described him as a 'bit of a pervert,' based on the interactions she had with him then.The woman reportedly said that she was excited about the new construction and was taking photos of it. It also included photos of Routh, as he was the one doing the work. In one of the photos she took, published exclusively by TMZ, Routh can be seen flashing his penis. She said that after he saw her taking photos, he came up to her and asked why she was doing so. When she told Routh the reason, he asked her to take another photo. That's when he unzipped his pants and flashed his penis, the TMZ report said.In a profile of Routh published by the New York Times, he is a former construction worker from North Carolina. He has been a vehement supporter of Ukraine amid the country's war with Russia. Despite having no military background he wrote on social media about wanting to participate in an armed conflict in Ukraine. He also claimed in an interview with The New York Times that he had traveled to Ukraine to aid the country's war efforts against Russia.
