A video showing Lebanese journalist Fadi Boudiya being thrown off balance during an Israeli air strike is going viral on social media. Boudiya, the editor-in-chief of Miraya International Network, was live on air when an Israeli missile struck right next to his window, shattering walls and windows. Bodiya could be seen screaming and running for safety. Reports say he was injured in the blast.

Lebanon was bombarded by Israel in one of its deadliest strikes since 2006, resulting in nearly 500 deaths and injuring over 1600 people. The airstrikes forced thousands to flee from their homes in the south. While Iran vowed revenge, Israel declared it was moving onto the next phase of war.Israel said that it had targeted around 1,600 military targets in an operation aimed at dismantling Hezbollah's weaponry. Lebanon's health ministry, however, said that hospitals, medical centers, and ambulances were also affected in the attacks. In response, Hezbollah launched dozens of rockets into Israel, hitting military bases and triggering air-raid sirens in northern Israel. On Friday, an Israeli airstrike destroyed a high-rise building in the south Beirut, resulting in the death of Ibrahim Akil, the commander of Hezbollah's elite Radwan unit, along with other top leaders. Israel had accused Akil of planning attacks on northern Israel. This strike led to at least 45 fatalities and over 60 injuries. These airstrikes followed a series of bombings earlier in the week, which set off thousands of pagers and walkie-talkies used by Hezbollah, causing at least 37 deaths, including two children, and injuring around 3,000 people. Israel has neither confirmed nor denied involvement in those bombings.
