The Staff Selection Commission ( SSC ) has extended the objection deadline for the CGL Tier 1 answer key to October 8, as per the latest notice. SSC released the CGL Tier 1 answer key 2024 on October 3, and the objection window was originally scheduled to close on October 6, 2024. The extension has been made due to heavy server load, which is causing longer response times in the system.
The official notice reads, ‘ It has been observed that due to heavy load on the server, the response time of the system is slightly longer. It has accordingly been decided to extend the last date upto which the facility will be live from 06.10.2024 (06:00 PM) to 08.10.2024 (06:00 PM).’

Candidates who have appeared for the SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam 2024 can visit the official website of the commission, ssc.nic.in , to check the provisional answer key and submit their challenges. Once all challenges are submitted, SSC will review them and prepare the final SSC CGL Tier 1 answer key for 2024. Based on the final answer key, SSC will prepare and declare the SSC CGL Tier 1 Result for 2024.
SSC conducted the CGL Tier 1 examination between September 9 and September 26, 2024. Candidates who clear the Tier 1 examination will then be eligible to appear for the Tier 2 examination.
