UPI-based ticketing system available at all blue line stations of Kolkata Metro

UPI payment-based ticketing system will be available at the booking counters of all stations of Blue Line of Kolkata metro for the convenience of the passengers. With the introduction of this UPI-payment based ticketing system at all the counters of Blue Line, journeys in Metro will be more hassle-free and convenient. The blue line now will have UPI payment-based facility in booking counters for purchasing tokens or recharging smart cards. Metro railway authorities with the help of State Bank of India and Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) have introduced the unified payments interface-based ticketing system.
