Page Praises Heyman’s Bloodline Storyline As One of the Greatest Ever

Everyone knows Diamond Dallas Page, an experienced and well-known wrestler who has proven himself as a wrestling legend with his remarkable fighting skills, in-skill expertise, and a string of accolades under his belt. So, when a star of this caliber decides to lavish praise on someone, especially one who is a significant part of the wrestling industry, fans would want to grab every detail of his opinion.

While Page is well-known for appreciating stars like Cody Rhodes and Sami Zayn, recently, the radar of his praise has fallen on Paul Heyman. On the recent episode of “Drinks with Johnny” podcast, Page praised Heyman as one of the wrestling industry’s top characters. His praise for Heyman is directed at the intriguing and immensely popular ‘Bloodline’ storyline where he plays the “Wiseman” for the faction’s founder, Roman Reigns who is also regarded as the “Tribal Chief.” He said that Heyman has been instrumental in the success of The Bloodline Storyline where his charisma has added significant depth to the storyline. Speaking on the subject, he said,

“I'm going to predict something — this is totally off the wall... Paul Heyman gets fired [in storyline] and starts his own, can't call it ECW anymore, but whatever the hell the name of it is and goes into opposition with WWE.”

Heyman’s current status on WWE television is uncertain. He has been absent since the June 28 episode of “SmackDown,” where he was powerbombed through a table by The Bloodline. Fans are eagerly awaiting his return, which is expected to involve a renewed alliance with Roman Reigns. When Heyman does come back, he’ll likely continue to deliver the compelling character work that has made him a favorite among fans and critics alike.

DDP’s comments reflect a deep respect for Heyman’s unique contributions to wrestling, showcasing how a well-crafted character can leave a lasting impression in the world of sports entertainment.
