TIRUPATI: State minister Nara Lokesh made a startling revelation that similar to the Mumbai actress Kadambari Jethwani case, Chittoor cops went out of the way to recover Rajampet MP PV Midhun Reddy 's lost money during the YSRCP regime.

Lokesh passed these remarks while addressing a press conference at the Tirupati airport on Thursday.

"An SP rank officer was involved in the recovery and not even a case was registered while recovering a portion of the money due to Midhun Reddy then", Lokesh alleged.

Stating that every single file dealt with by the previous YSRCP regime is filled with corruption and all those corrupt acts of the then govt are coming to the fore now one after the other. Whether it is the TDR bonds scam or the red sanders smuggling nexus with the political leaders or false cases, the TDP led NDA govt will deal with all the cases in a legal manner and bring all the cases to a logical end.

Nara Lokesh also ridiculed the tall claims of the previous regime over distribution of quality groundnut chikkis to the school students and maintained that the unpaid pending dues to the tune of Rs.200 cr left behind by the YSRCP regime was paid up by the NDA govt and the process of restoring supplies was initiated now.
