Jabalpur: The family of Anish Awadhia - one of the two techies killed in the Pune Porsche accident in May - seeks to be an intervener in SC in the appeal against Bombay HC 's decision to grant bail to the juvenile accused of driving the car.
On June 25, Bombay HC granted bail to the minor, observing that his detention in an observation home was illegal. Maharashtra govt said it would move SC against the order. " I intend to present my pain before the apex court so that the court can understand our agony as well," Anish's father said.
Sources said the family can seek probe under Bhartiya Nyaya Sakshya Sanhita.
