This process can be done both online and offline, but you'll need certain documents to do so.

Required Documents:

- Form 33 - Registration Certificate - Proof of new address - Valid insurance - PUC certificate - PAN card - NOC from financier (if the vehicle is under loan) - Chassis and engine number - Smart card fee receipt - Owner's signature and identification

Online Process:

1. Visit the Parivahaan website and log in to your account. If you don't have an account, create one. 2. Click on "Online Services" and then "Vehicle Related Services". 3. Select your state and RTO, and enter your vehicle's registration number and the last five digits of the chassis number. 4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. 5. Select "Change Address on RC" and upload the required documents and information. 6. Book an appointment and choose a slot. 7. Pay the required fee.

Offline Process:

1. Visit your local RTO office with all the required documents. 2. Fill out the application form and submit it to the RTO officer. 3. The officer will verify your details and process your address change request.
