In one of the earlier episodes of the ever-entertaining Koffee With Karan Season 8, the spotlight wasn't on a romantic couple, but on the friendship between two actors – Aditya Roy Kapur and Arjun Kapoor. This episode promised a fresh perspective, filled with sibling banter, career discussions, and perhaps even some lighthearted roasting from host Karan Johar. 
During a conversation with the 'Aashiqui 2' actor, KJo addressed the rumors of him dating actor Ananya Panday, to which he responded cleverly.
He said, “You see Karan you said on your show ‘Ask me no secrets and I’ll tell you no lies.”
Karan also informed Aditya that in a previous episode of 'KWK 8', Ananya had humorously mentioned feeling "very Ananya Coy Kapur," to which Aditya responded with, "And I am Aditya Joy Kapur for the moment."
As Karan asked, “You mean you’re joyously in a situationship?” to which Aditya Roy Kapur replied, “I’m quite joyous”.
Karan also asked him what the first word that comes to his mind when he sees Ananya is, “joy”? to which, Aditya replied, “Joy, pure joy and bliss”.
During the rapid-fire round, Karan posed a question to him, “What would you do if you were stuck in a lift with Shraddha Kapoor and Ananya Panday.” Arjun was the one who responded. He said, “Aashiqui toh karta, par kisse woh pata nahi.”
Aditya and Ananya have been in a relationship for some time now and are frequently seen together at airports and events.
